This historic club dates back to the nineteenth century yet today boasts modern facilities including: one all–weather tennis court; practice wall; mini tennis equipment and ball cannon. The small brick clubhouse contains a toilet and changing facilities in addition to table tennis. There is presently a Planning Application with South Lanarkshire Council for floodlighting and plans are underway to incorporate an area for French boules. Bothwell Lawn Tennis Club is situated at 16 Mill Road, Bothwell. Access to the tennis court is through the green gate and by footpath from Mill Road.
